How to Register
Zip over to our Membership page (you will see the tab for this on the top bar of
our Home page). Fill in all the required fields and you’re ready to fly.
How to Change your Passwords
If you space out on your password, have no fear. You can create a new password.
To do this, you need the email address used to activate your KidzRocket membership.
There are a few reasons you may need to change your password:
- You think someone knows your password
- You can't remember your password
- Your current password isn't working
How to Cancel your Membership
For cancellation at anytime, please email our support team at
support@KidzRocket.com.
Please note that, unless you cancel, all memberships except the one month trial
automatically renew each time the membership period ends to ensure uninterrupted
membership service.
You may cancel your membership at any time. You will still receive the full membership
period that you have purchased.
Canceling a membership requires the parental password and credit card number used
to set up the account. If you don't know your password, please visit forgot passwords to have it emailed to you.
An email notification confirming your membership cancellation will be sent to you.
Note: Be sure emails from support@KidzRocket.com
are not blocked!
Some email providers may automatically put emails from us into your ''junk'' or
''bulk'' mail folder. Please check there if you do not see the email in your Inbox.
Any changes in your membership, will become effective at the beginning of the month
cycle. Cancellations can be made at any time during your billing period and you
can continue to use your membership time until the end of the month period.
Technical FAQs
How to upload a photo
Look on the left side of your screen and click on Images/Videos. Then click on the
link that says Photos. Give your photo a title, a description and then upload the
photo you’re choosing to show. Your images need to be less than 600x600 pixels in
size or you will see an error message.

link that says Videos. Give your video a title, a description and then upload the
photo you’re choosing to show.
How to create an album
Look on the left side of your screen and click on Images/Videos. Then click on the
link that says Album. Give your album a name, a description and then upload the
photo you’re choosing to show.
Trouble connecting to the server
This might be a problem on the KidzRocket side of the universe, not yours. The server
might be offline so that KidzRocket can update or work on the website. If you can
get to the KidzRocket home page, you can find a message about what's happening on
the website.

Payment options
A credit or debit card payment is required for all memberships.
Information on security
The security of your personal information and credit card information is important
to us. We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures
to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly
use the information we collect online. When you enter sensitive information, such
as your credit card number, or our membership subscription form, that information
is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
Refund policy
You may cancel your membership at any time. You will still receive the full membership period that you have purchased.
Time it takes for your membership to activate
Memberships purchased using valid credit cards and debit cards are activated instantaneously.
Changing your membership package
To change your membership package, simply update your recurring monthly membership by purchasing the new membership package of your choice. Any remaining time from your older monthly recurring membership will add and stack onto your new membership.
Changing your method of payment
To change your monthly membership fees to a new credit or debit card, simply update your current membership. As long as you use the same screen names, nothing will be lost. Any remaining membership time on your original membership will add and stack onto your new membership.
Automatic membership renewal
Membership will automatically renew unless you cancel it.
